She develops individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs to enhance strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional ability. Apexa strongly believes that exercise is an essential component of recovery and plays a key role in helping patients return to their daily activities. She has experience working with patients with musculoskeletal conditions, stroke rehabilitation, sports injuries, and motor vehicle accident cases.
